What should I include in my enquiry?
The property address, what the problem is, and whether there is a tenant or occupier we need to arrange access with. Photographs help enormously if you have them.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to acknowledge every enquiry the same working day. How quickly the quote follows depends on the job — anything needing a site visit or a supplier price takes a little longer, and we will tell you when to expect it.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
No. Both are free and come with no obligation.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Dorset and work across the South of England, with most work in Blandford Forum, Shaftesbury, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury, Dorchester, Weymouth, Wareham and Gillingham.
