This is the bulk of what we do: the ordinary, constant work of keeping buildings in the condition they are supposed to be in. It covers everything from a tenant reporting a leak on a Monday morning to a planned programme of external redecoration across a portfolio.
Commercial and domestic
We work on both, and the difference is mostly in the constraints rather than the work. Commercial premises need work fitted around trading hours and staff; tenanted homes need work fitted around access and people’s lives. Either way it is our job to plan around it rather than expect the building to plan around us.
Void turnarounds
Empty weeks between tenancies cost more than most repairs do. The usual cause of a long void is sequencing — booking the clean, then the repairs, then the decorator, one after another. We schedule them into a single window so the property is back on the market in days rather than weeks.

Is there a minimum job size?
No. We would rather do the small jobs for clients we look after than turn them away — that is usually how a longer arrangement starts.
Do you charge for quotes or site visits?
No. Quotes and site visits are free and come with no obligation.
Can you deal directly with my tenants?
Yes, if you would prefer. We can arrange access directly with tenants and keep you copied in, which saves you being the go-between.
