Compliance is only useful if the certificate is current and the remedial work actually got done. We handle both, and keep track of what expires when.
Compliance rarely fails because somebody decided to ignore it. It fails because a certificate expired while everyone was busy, or because an inspection flagged remedial work that never got booked in.
The gap between the certificate and the work
An inspection report is not compliance on its own. An electrical report listing remedial codes, or a fire risk assessment with a list of actions, leaves you with work to do — and it is that follow-through, not the inspection, that usually gets missed. We carry out the remedial work and evidence it against the original report.

Frequently asked questions
Do you carry out the inspections yourselves?
Some of them, and for the rest we arrange appropriately qualified and registered inspectors and manage the process for you. Either way you get the certificate and we handle the remedial work.
Can you take over compliance for a portfolio mid-way through?
Yes. We start by reviewing what you already hold, which usually turns up a mix of current certificates, expired ones and outstanding remedial actions. Then we bring it current.
Will you remind me before things expire?
Yes. Tracking renewal dates and flagging them in advance is part of the service, and it is the part that actually prevents problems.
